There is a great need to understand what is happening out there - it's a changing world and we need to change with it
The technical and operations workforce in most production environments
is changing. In the developed countries it is getting older - and in many
cases retiring and leaving manufacturing industries for good.

I don't think it's a secret, the workforces in most western countries is getting greyer - and that means a change in focus when it comes to work - not only are there more grey hairs, the grey hair is staying in the work force for longer. The smart businesses will use that to advantage - so get your thinking cap on, there could be some good opportunities - and if you think of something, how about a small commission for me !! -
