I was very suprised to read that Boeing was fined for underhand dealing - as if anyone in the airline business would stoop so low as to offer incentives and illegal bribes - I am shocked that it should even be suggested. - But on a serious note - some big dollars are involved with this one - and suprise suprise, the Airbus is looking good - with orders from the UK and even from the Aussies. But my money is on the Chinese to come through with a copy of either plane (take your pick) for about a quarter of the price.
