What a really good article - very thought provoking. I find the whole concept fascinating as country's vie for trade and influence (nothing has changed, countries have been doing the same thing for centuries). On the face of it, very strange bedfellows, however if the end justifies the means, it can all be rationalized. Some points to note - a) reference was made to cheap labor in India - I would ask for how much longer, given the rate of growth and subsequent wage rises b) lack of infrastructure - all developing countries suffer from this and ) the final comment about the power failure
I guess that time will tell if it is a success or not
