Autodesk Opens State-of-the-Art Customer Briefing Center in Oregon

autodesk might dominate the 2D market - but i'm not so sure i would call them the world leaders in 3d - i think thats a bit of maketing hype - but having said that - i'd like to see the facility

i'd like them to stop changing perfectly good commands every year when they bring out the "routine" upgrade of autocad - causes no end of unessessary confusion

i guess that most of these big companies can be difficult - but my gripe is that it's pretty near impossible to contact them with a problem or question - i had some issues that no one seemed to have an answer to - dealers, friends workmates - online forums etc - and i could not see how to contact autocad direct with my question - i got it sorted out eventually - but it was done the hard way

3d and simulation is good - but i still meet plenty of companies who want very quick an simple 2d
