The physics of Santa Claus

Clipped to the Drawing Board by Ryan
If Santa Claus were real then he would have some pretty awesome capabilities.  In fact I'm pretty sure we can expand this out a little with a bit of imagination.  I'm sure he's just scratching the surface.

Makes me wonder why Santa Claus isn't calssified as a Super Hero. With capabilities like that he really does put other Hero's to shame.

Seriously, how does being able to swing around a couple of buildings compare to having a sleigh that can travel at 3000 times the speed of sound.

He could be a superhero except he's a lazy bastard. On the one night of the year he works he does work very hard but what does he do for the rest of the year?

Would you really want to put your faith in a guy that only makes an appearance once a year?

Cmon, with a battle cry like Ho Ho Ho he's hardly going to insight fear in the evil doers is he. And what's his special super powers going to be. Will he crush the enemy by burying them in toys?

Well Ho Ho Ho may be a relevant call if he were up against someone like say Cat Woman.

Regarding super powers. This guy must be packing a bit of weight. If you can snack at almost 100 million homes in a night you either have an absolutely amazing metabolism or you have a bit of weight behind you. I'm going to assume the latter. Now if you combine that with the ability to move at 3000 times the speed of light then that's a crapload of momentum. We're talking DragonBall Z amounts of force here.

People back in the old days really were a little easier to please weren't they. They were also happy to accept the world was flat and that if you weighed the same as a duck you must be a witch.
