 New building codes and soaring insurance costs are triggering a drive by engineers to develop new materials and structures that are more resistant to hurricanes, as well as other natural calamities such as earthquakes.

I'd like to work with this - I used a similar product about a year ago for some thin pavement and we were able to get the thickness way down without reo - the concrete had some fiber type additive - it worked fine but was not flexible - so this has me intrigued - what an exciting concept
