Stress-Relieving Workouts

Clipped to the Drawing Board by Rose Shah

Roz Savage's satellite phone--her primary connection to the outside world as she rowed the Atlantic Ocean from the Canaries to Antigua last year--stopped working 24 days before the end of her 103-day journey. With no ability to text message, blog or receive weather reports, it was then that she finally "got into the zone."

To relieve stress - well that could be a solid work out - or several shots of alcoholic beverage - or (if your very stressed) maybe both !!
